GastronoMe is built by TastyTech with a privacy-first approach. Your food log is your data.

1. Data Storage

GastronoMe stores your app data on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled on your Apple account, your data may sync through Apple CloudKit to your personal iCloud account.

2. Developer Access

TastyTech does not access, read, or sell your private dish logs, ratings, notes, or photos stored in your private app data.

3. Location

Location access is optional. If you allow it, GastronoMe may use location to sort nearby restaurants and improve suggestion relevance. You can disable location at any time in iOS settings.

4. Optional Third-Party Requests

Some optional features may request data from third-party providers (for example, map, menu, or public rating services) to return results in the app. Those providers process requests under their own policies.

5. Your Controls

You can manage app permissions in iOS settings and manage iCloud sync through your Apple ID/iCloud settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

GastronoMe is not directed to children under 13, and TastyTech does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Policy Updates

If this policy changes, updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
